Katharine Brooks has a doctorate in Educational Psychology with an emphasis in Counseling Psychology. She is currently the Executive Director of the Office of Personal and Career Development for Wake Forest University. Prior to this position she served for 10 years as the Director of Liberal Arts Career Services for The University of Texas at Austin. Donald O. Clifton (1924-2003) was an American psychologist who developed the eponymous Clifton StrengthsFinder, Gallup’s online psychological assessment. Clifton was professor of educational psychology at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1950 to 1969 when he founded Selection Research, Inc. (SRI); in 1988 SRI acquired the Gallup Organization.
